Most heating and air service companies offer some sort of annual maintenance contract, and they seem to vary wildly from each other with some of them offering very little in exchange for what you pay. We feel that ours are very reasonably priced, offer true value to the customer and provide the assurance that you want from such a contract.
Our contracts are tailored to your individual needs and system types. A basic contract would cover a single system and include two clean & check preventative maintenance service calls, we let you know upfront what the repair cost will be and a 10% discount on any repairs needed. You would also be on a preferred customer list that would get you preferential treatment on those days when we are too busy to schedule new service calls. This basic contract currently starts at $120.
You can also have us include additional systems – we truly tailor these contracts to the individual. If you have more than one property or want to bundle several contracts for family members together, we can discount the contract cost.
